Express Entry Minimum Points as Per July 15 report

Dears All

I already create my Express Entry profile and my overall all score is 300, last draw in 2 October select minimum 450 is there any hope from your point of view that it can be drop to 300 soon, if not what we can do if all nominnee programm already closed or reached the threshold.

Doesn't Ontario require a minimum of 400 score for the applicant to receive PT notification? I think s/he needs to work on increasing his/her score first.
