Please help to understand following condition in the LMIA exempt job offer.
For Express Entry, your employer doesn’t need an LMIA if you:
1. have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least one year (or an equal amount of part-time work)
Question: Does this experience need to be in Canada or anywhere else for the same employer?
I am working for the same employer from past 7 years and now employed in Canada from last one months.
Does above condition satisfy in this case?
