Hi,
I am a PGWP holder and I submitted my EE profile today. I have 1-year of working experience (related to my study) and my score is 427. I am working as a web engineer (NOC A) at Edmonton. The HR team provided a valid job offer and employment letter to me. However, I don't get any point from the job offer.

Do I need a LIMA to get the 50 points? But I do not think my employer needs a LIMA to offer me a job. It is confusing. Any tip to get more points?

Your points calculation is correct.

Your employer needs to get an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify for the 50 job offer points through Express Entry. It's true that you do not need an approved LMIA for the PGWP. However different rules apply for Express Entry. You do need an approved LMIA if you want to claim the 50 job offer points.

@scylla Sounds good. Getting the LMIA might not be my way. I will need to retake IELTS again to get all CLB9. I am also thinking to get AINP EE for my application. However, ainp changed their systems, I hope they will send me an invitation.
