You mean Offer Letter ?
Well Letter I am using is the one my company have filed for Work Permit extension.
So, It says salary, job description, full time, etc.
I am not sure how does the WP extension letter looks like maybe I can refer you to senior members @scylla @DelPiero07 @jes_ON to review and comment on.

with that being said, include your pay stubs(6 months), T4(redact your sin#) as well.

What ever is mentioned in the Offer letter I’d go with that
Do you understand that EE excludes people who intend to work in Quebec, because Quebec has a separate application process? This is not good advice.

Ok. In my explanation letter, I have mentioned that
1. my employer is Toronto based
2. ICT WP is for Entire Canada
3. I will move to Toronto as soon as my current assignment in Montreal is over.
Any suggestions / feedback ?
This is pretty good, if you can add anything RE personal connections/ties (friends, family) or place to stay in Toronto, that would be good. But the fact that your job offer letter says you will be based out of Toronto, that's very good.

The reason why the letter of explanation is important (in addition to the job offer letter) is that the OP is currently living and working in Quebec, and IRCC needs to be satisified about intentions to leave Quebec.

Yes. I have completed 1 year and 11 months with same employer on ICT in Montreal.
In Offer Letter, it is mentioned that employer is Toronto based, I am required to work for client having headquarters is in Montreal and I can work across client sites in Canada.
Is it possible to get the letter modified to just say you will work at client sites across Canada? (I'm wondering why the client in Montreal needs to be identified as opposed to all others...).

I submitted my profile. Let's see.
My Offer said "Montreal and and various location across Canada
So, I entered "actual Montreal address and various location across Canada" and put an explanation in letter saying I will move to Toronto after my assignment is complete. That is my intention.

If I put Toronto address, I don't have any Offer Letter to prove this.

See, this part is confusing. Your current employer is in Montreal or Toronto? Are you working for a client or employer in Quebec now?

My employer is Toronto based. I am working for ABC client whose head office is in Montreal since 1 year and 11 months.
So, my offer letter says I will be working for ABC client in Montreal and various location across Canada.

Hence, I had to put "Montreal client address and various location across Canada" in Intended Work Location. If I put Toronto address, I need a new Offer Letter and my employer will not provide unless they allocate me to a new XYZ client in Ontario

Eeek. OK, I have no idea how IRCC will respond to this. Good luck and let us know how it goes....

Hello. I am in similar boat as you. My employer is in Toronto but the client location is Montreal and I am applying EE. Can you share your experience? Did you get PPR?

I am in IP2 stage now. In July, there is a sudden increase of FSW Outland and CEC applicants...
So, almost everyone is in IP2 stage.

Will let you know if any progress. Did you get letter from your employer ?

As far as my employer is concern, My file is like a regular employee in Ontario location. But its just the client site is in Montreal and I have to be there physically. Do you have a similar situation? can you share?

So, your case is far simple then. You should be least worried.
Just write a Letter of Explanation on 1st page explaining the situation.
Explain that your employer is Ontario based and you are working for client site in Montreal.
Do you have a fixed contract in Montreal ?
