EXPRESS ENTRY INELIGIBLE STATUS

Hello,

I applied for the Federal Skilled Class but was considered ineligible. I am now applying again to get into the pool, what should I respond to the following questions:

1. Has Esk applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
2. Has Esk applied for Express Entry before?

If all you did was trying to create an EE profile, your answers should be:

1) No
2) No

Obviously your answers should be different if you have previously applied for a tourist or student visa or a work permit.
