Express entry ineligible - confused?

Hi,

I received an immediate response on my express entry profile and i am quite confused about it.

Here are my credentials:
Age 29
Bachelors in engineering from India
Masters in the US - business analytics (2years) (Did ECA evaluation)
20000 canadian dollars as funds

CELPIP scores
Listening - 12
Reading - 12
Writing - 10
Speaking - 9

Work ex :- 4 years in India as an engineer
10 months in US as a product manager. (Also worked part-time for another firm during my 2nd year in the US but haven't showed it on the express entry profile.

I used the NOC code of 0213 for my product manager job and 2173 for software engineering for my job in India. My primary code for canada is 0213.

Do i need to put the same NOC code 0213 for my engineering job or something

You need to have at least a year of work experience in your primary NOC.

Exactly. The primary NOC should be one year full time or equivalent work experience.
