Express Entry In eligible

Hello Friends

I applied for the Express entry but got ineligible.... I am assuming that it happened because i did not have a valid ECA report. Please confirm if that is the case. WE is still evaluating my papers for the last 12 days, i dont know what fish they are doing..
IELTS results is LRWS 9978 Overall 8.5
Work Experience in NOC Code 0213 more than 6 years
Age 37 years old
Funds more than 30 000 CAD for a family of 4.

Cannot submit a profile without valid ECA , because u have to fill a number in TRF #

Rest relies on ur CRS .. if its 469 +

Rest is okay. Doesn't depend on the CRS for a successful profile, because if the profile is online, you're also eligible for various PNP programs.

Thanks rajapanesar. I have actually also submitted a EOI for Manitoba, my cousin lives there i a m making 610 points. So a nomination from MPNP would give me a boost on Express Entry isnt it.

Can i also apply through the RINP program as my cousin is in Brandon MB and i intent to live there.

You need a ECA still.
