Hi,
Thanks for you reply.. but I am bit confused with you reply.. To be clear..
Is she need to apply new updated passport first before attempting IELTS ?
No, she does not. The only conditions are, the passport should not be expiring soon and you will not change the first name and last name. for detailed information, you can contact British Council.

Hi Experts..
I have total 11 years of experience. While creating i put all my experience information in my CIC EE profile. Now i came to know that it's better to put only those experience for which i am claiming points that is recent 6 years experience. My OINP application is under assessment status and i have shown all 11 years experience with proper documents there. Can I change my EE profile now?? If I modify will this be a misrepresentation as i submitted 11 years exp. in for Ontario Nomination. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can change it now, then mention the other 5 years in your personal history, post-ITA. This wont be misrepresentation.
However, if you have the required documentation for all 11 years there is no harm in keeping it as it is.

Hi,

As advised by @DelPiero07 there is no need for a new passport before the IELTS test. Post-ITA she will just need to submit a notarized one and the same person affidavit if the documents show 2 different names. Here is a sample:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-in-a-nutshell-t394158.0.html;msg5435174#msg5435174

I hope that makes it clear.

Hey All,

I am new to this website.
I have a few questions when filling in EE application online.

1. Marital status: My husband and I have separated since September 2017, but we didn't sign any legal separation agreements, and we haven't filed for divorce yet. Should I select "Married" or "Legally Separated" for this part? Besides, he is a Canadian citizen, so he won't be included into my application anyways, but if I select "Married", what documents are required to submit for his side (e.g. his medical exam, his police certificate...) for EE? Or if I select "Legally Separated", is it necessary to get a legal separation agreements to prove that and what else do I need from his side? (It is just so frustrated, we haven't contact with each other after we are physically separated, and I don't see that happening :()

2. Family: How many family members do you have? Should I select 1, which is just myself, or 2 (him and me, we don't have kids)? Is he still considered as my spouse or partner after we separated?

Thank you very much for all your help!!!

I think you will be considered married and you should file as married .

Hi,
Please I need an expert advise on my situation. I want to apply for Express Entry. I am married with two kids I have a legal status to remain in the UK but my husband has overstayed his visa which makes him illegal in the UK and will not be able to get the police certificate. Will this affect my application process as we are coming as family if I apply for the Express Entry

Hi,

This is a problem since police clearance is mandatory and the leading cause of rejection.

I would suggest you seek legal advice.

Regards

Hi,

As advised, you must select married since you are still legally married. If you select separated you will need to submit a legal document confirming this.

As it is you will need your 'husband's ' police clearance(s) , passport and medical.

You will also need to show proof of funds for two, including him.

It's best to complete your divorce process before apply for PR.

All the best.
