Since you have mentioned four entries in your Work History, you need to upload the following documents related to each role.
- Reference Letter
- If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe.

What does the Help button for Letter of Employment say?

There is no help button on letter of employment.

Then you can attach, all the employment records related to your latest job.

One more question, is your current job an LMIA backed job offer?

So I can submitted recent pay stubs , employment contract . And reference letters is must for current job I can submit that too and it includes duties, pay rate , hours and full time job and responsibilities of current job right?

Yes

Hi,

In the Comprehensive Ranking System (1200 Points), I have obtained the 294 Points out of 500 Points under "Core Human Capital Factors – Applicant with Spouse", along with "Skill Transferability Factors" is 38 Points out of 100. So in total i have 332 points without considering PNP/Job offer (which i don't poses for now)

My Overall IELTS Score is 6.5 ( L/R/W/S is 6.5/6/6/7.0)

Now, can I start my Canada PR process?

Kindly suggest, I somehow feel that its a poor score(332 Points) and that's the only reason why it is pulling me down without starting the process after clearing IELTS in March 2016. :(

Thanks.

Did you check that you're eligible ? You need to score 67 points on this grid to be eligible :http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

If you are, you can create an Express Entry profile, but with 332 points, you won't get an ITA.
Improving your IELTS results will improve your CRS quite a lot, but probably not enough to get an ITA.

Look into PNP.

@istari - Thanks for swift response.
