Express entry husband criminal record

I am applying for express entry file. I got ITA. My husband is not applying for PR with me. my husband is already a Canadian citizen but he has criminal record. When I fill my information it asks me about my husband criminal details, his pardon and stuff. Can they deny my PR file on the basis of his criminal record.

No, especially given the fact that he's a Canadian citizen. If he were your dependent, that could have had an impact, but he's Canadian.

What possible reason they can give me . I don’t have any criminal record. How it can affect me?

Your husband is a Canadian citizen. Whether or not he has a criminal record has no bearing on your PR application. He's not deriving any right from you getting PR status. Whether or not you get PR, your husband has and will have the right to live in Canada. Proceed with your application and good luck.
