Express Entry for Pharmacist

I am Jehona Hakaj , Pharmacist from Kosovo.
I have finished University with 5 years study program.
I need some information about immigration in Canada , Manitoba
Can anyone please tell me about steps I have to complete about moving in this province ?
How can I get Job in Manitoba when I don’t have PEBC and don’t have Canadian working license ?

Manitoba only allows licensing of a few foreign trained pharmacists per year. There is a huge surplus of pharmacists in Canada and salaries have been decreasing for 15 years. You can search and find discussions about declining salaries and difficulty finding jobs. This article was writing 7 years ago and has only gotten worse.
