Express entry - FBI IHS PCC document scan

Hi All,

In the process of finalizing my application, I recently scanned all the documents including FBI's IHS document. It is black and white document but still for some reason CIC asks for COLOR scan ? why ?

Also, when I scanned the first page of that document (first page has my name, FBI logo) somehow the logo didnt appear in the scan? I tried a few options but to no use. Any suggestions on where I might be going wrong?

Just use the PDF that you get to download from the website. My crimanility got cleared with just the PDF. Not sure why you would want to scan. In fact, I didn't even opt for the hard copy.

Yes, they seem to have accepted that based on the gcms notes.
