Express Entry - Experience points Calculation & IELTS score required

Hi Guys,

im planning to apply for the Express entry which is starting in Jan 2015. However, i have few questions to be clarified:

I have previously worked for 2 years in Investment Banking from Company - A.
and currently working in US Taxation and have around close to 3 years of Experience in company - B.

so my question is im i eligible to get 13 points for my work experience as im having around 5 years of overall experience.
or since i have worked in two different domains which is 2 yrs & 3 yrs in another firm, only 1 of them would be considered ?

Under the current system to apply you have to have 1 year job experience in occupations on the "Occupation list".
Then, if you have 5 years of total work experience you will get 13 points for that.
However, we still do not know what kind of rules will be implemented since Jan 2015.
