My employer refuses to provide me with the required experience letter with the detailed description of my roles and responsibilities for an Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker PR application, which is a critical document for a EE application. I have a relieving letter which includes my designation and period of my employment. However, relieving letter does not include roles and responsibilities according to specific NOC.

What are the possible solutions for this problem?

An affidavit from my ex-colleague (who is still working in the same company) indicating that he/she worked with me and my roles and responsibilities and other details. Would it be sufficient?

Is there anyone with approved PR application who has faced the same problem mentioned above? If any, how did he/she deal with the problem?

Does the offer letter have description of your role and responsibilities? I used my offer letter and an employment letter from my manager. My manager told me that they don't include job description in the employment letter.

Do you mean to say that you did not include any type of Reference Letter (either on Company Letterhead or Notarized) in your e-APR?? You only submitted your Offer Letter and Employment Letter?? Did any of them had what the CIC wants like Roles, Work Hours, Salary etc.
