Hi all,
I would like to check my eligibility for Canada Express Entry.

While checking eligibility, i need to select my equivalent qualification in Canada. I have not done WES assessment yet.
I have 2 year Secondary(+2) and 3 year Diploma in Kerala/India. What i should select from below
1. None, or less than secondary (high school)
2. Secondary diploma (high school graduation)
3. One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
4. Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
5. Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years (see Help)

Thanks in advance

I have already tried this tool. But is for degree holders only. Anyone who have done WES with similar educational qualifications may help.

Well it certainly won't be 1, 2, or 5.

Anyone please answer. It is the key factor for my eligibility. If it is 1 or 2 then i won't be eligible. I think is not 3 definitely

I'm almost certain that it's defintely not 1 or 2. Probably 3.

You mean my 3 year diploma may equivalent to 1 year diploma in canada

There are 2 possibilities: it will be assessed as either a 3 year diploma, or a 1 or 2 year diploma.
If it's assessed as a 3 year diploma, you can select option 4.
If it's assessed as a 1 or 2 year diploma, you have to select option 3.

And it seems to be more likely that it will be assessed as lower than Canadian equivalency.

If your ECA is the deciding factor in whether or not you're eligible for EE, then your only option is to get your education assessed and find out.

Hello Renjith, i am on a similar situation here. I have done 10 + 2 + Diploma from Kerala. If you havr done your WES evaluation. Can you tell me how it got evaluated? It would be a great help. Thanks
