Express Entry education

I am in India now and
I am doing online diploma course which is providing by THE CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF FINANCIAL PLANNING.

It is two years regular diploma course including 4 semesters (each semester include one subject) but they allow to finish it in 4-5 months as well as it is online course.
I also have 3 years of bachelor degree.

So if i will finish it in 4-5 months then will it count as a valid diploma course for express entry or not?
And with bachelor degree and diploma, can i create profile with TWO OR MORE CERTIFICATES category in education?

Is there any minimum time duration required for online diploma study ?

I don’t think a diploma from the CIFP will count as it is not a designated learning institution like a college or university. So you count your bachelors.
