System is temporarily down
I am trying since 19th Nov, giving me same error since then. As soon as I reach to pay option I get an error.
I am thinking it might be because of new updates enforced on Nov 19

If I have provided my Indian & Canadian (RCMP) PCC, nomination letter and medical upfront, would my processing time be shorter?

Why do you think it will be shorter?
These are mandatory documents which everyone provide.

I do not think it is required to provide Canadian RCMP clearance. As CIC conducts their own security check.

Don't think it will make any difference. Everybody has to submit PCC upfront and RCMP is not required if CIC doesn't request it.
