Attention Dec AOR applicants- Please check and update your tracker record.

Hello All, could you please review your record in the tracker / Dec AOR spreadsheet (http://tinyurl.com/h33d5m8) and fill the incomplete fields or make corrections. Many fields such as country of residence and NOC are missing and some people have not updated their category (e.g. PNP) and medicals.

To add data to the spreadsheet, you can right click the appropriate cell and choose 'insert comment'. One of us will incorporate the info. Please only do this for your own record and not those of others.

Hi I'm looking to order order GCMS notes via a Canadian resident (I'm outland).

The Act and Record section on the form asks for "Client ID Number" and "File Number"- where can I find these? I only have my EE application number (E00xxxxxxxx).

Also is the following info correct to get GCMS notes?

Act: Access to Information Act
Type of Records: Case Files
What type of record would you like to request?: Permanent Residence
Which specific information are you looking for?: The electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s)
Details on information being sought: Request for GCMS notes relating to the aforementioned applicant (consent form provided).

if first time to order notes, put only your EE number

in GCMS later it will show your UCI

Mine is the same status since forever.. only update was the medical passed.
What notes are we referring to here? How do I order them?

GCMS notes. you can oder them through a friend who lives in Canada

Hi, thanks for your update, I had a similar time line as yours except that my eAOR date was 22 December and i sent passport 23 February but never got visas in MyCIC and still waiting for passport to be ready for collection. I would like to know if other people receive visas in MyCIC as this is the first time I am hearing of such.

Guys I got PPR today on 6-March-2017. I am so excited as I did not expect to get it this soon.

My AOR is 30-Dec-2016
My VO is SGVO (I thought it was one of the slowest ones)
My BG changed to IP on 4-March-2017
