No, we will not submit this for now. We wait and see if the first one goes through. In which case, we will decline the ITA.

Just an update, I have sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to know about my Visa Office...

I got a reply after 1 hour that it's Pretoria, South Africa.

But my Background Check is still : Not needed...
