Hi Guys,

Got ITA in the last draw and am filling out the paperwork. I have some questions which I hope you guys can help with.

1) for the question "Has xxx received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?" did you guys say yes? I got the Nomination, but did not get the certificate yet.
2) How accurate does the info regarding your past residential addresses need to be? my wife does not remember exact dates when she moved into and moved our of her previous residecial addresses. Does it have to be exact or a month or 2 here and there is ok?

for the 1st ? answer is Yes, you dont need certificate to upload, however i will suggest to attach the Province PDF and schedule 4 along with LOE for Schedule 4A.
For residence it should be ok no problem if 1-2 months here and there

I got AOR on Dec 06, but my medical still shows "Not needed", i'm kind of freaking out, i see a lot of people get theirs medicals changed to PASS within a week or so.

Dear volodyalysak,

From the observation on this forum, you can see that there have been so many cases in which applicants got medical passed after more than 30 days. So, I would suggest what Raj did which is getting relaxed and enjoying the 6-month journey of PR process.

I have an MBBS degree that has been assessed by Medical council of Canada. Do I need to provide info in this section about my high school and secondary education or just leave it

I have a similar question. I have a masters degree from Canada and I have included only that in my Education section since I read somewhere that I can mention my bachelors degree that I obtained from my home country in the personal section. Is this OK or should I mention my bachelors degree and high school from my home country in the education section?

1. I have two passports( one with old address and the other latest). In my EE profile i have entered only my latest passport details, do i need to add extra row for my old passport
2. Date of birth of family members- i am not 100% sure about my family members dob's. can i just enter or it should be accurate? how CIC will confirm that.

Just entered the info of latest one.
2. Date of birth of family members- i am not 100% sure about my family members dob's. can i just enter or it should be accurate? how CIC will confirm that.
You should ask them and take a time and enter the correct date of birth of your each family member,later once you have PR,Citizens and if you want to sponsored any family member,cic look at the correct info.
