Schedule 4 is a must for PNP applicants. If you haven't uploaded it when you submit eAPR they will ask you to do later on.musicnlyrx said:

Actually, Schedule 4s were being requested until very recently. From my observation from posts by November 2016 applicants, quite a few of them had not submitted their Schedule 4s nor were they requested one. It has been around 2.5 - 3 months for most applicants.
