I might need a gift deed from my family. So, I came across some videos explaining gift deed and affadavit. What is the difference between the two documents ? Are both the documents needed for a valid gift deed?
Please note that I am not in the same country as my family currently. So it will be really impossible for me to be physically present and sign any document as the recipient of the gift? What are my options here?
