while filling express entry on CIC site, system asks "has Applicant applied to immigration, refugees and citizenship of Canada earlier?"
in my case, i had applied for Canada visitor visa in 2013 once and i hold Canadian multiple visitor visa.
so what should i say here for this question?

can someone suggest me?

Based on my experience and understanding, Immigration, refugees and citizenship of Canada meant any kind of permanent residency application (express entry or old system).
Visitor visa won't be considered as that.
If you select yes, they will ask for your previous application number.
I have had multiple visitor visas, study permits, and work permits, and I didn't have to list all of that, just PR application.
