Wifi is primary applicant, daughter is accompanying her. I as husband cannot go since I'm currently involved with important projects with present organization.
Question is : Digital Photo of the husband also needs to be submitted along with in this case?

if husband is accompanying then need that as well ( whether later or now) .

If not accompany now as dependent then need not need .. while later processing/inviting ur PR once PA land there in Canada ( i believe)
