I applied for my PR under Express Entry in Sept 2019 from the US. Since I already had a work permit in Canada, I used that to move to Canada in Oct 2019 while the PR application was still pending. I recently received a letter for submitting my biometrics and the letter states that I should submit my biometrics at a VAC before coming to Canada or if I'm in Canada, I should leave the country and reenter. This is because my change of address did not process before the biometrics letter came through (Confusing situation I know!). I cannot go back to the US since my visa has expired.
Has anybody else been in this situation or has any recommendation on what can be done to submit the biometrics? I've been trying to get in touch with a CIC agent on the phone but no luck so far.
