Express entry application

Hi all,

I know that the express entry system starts from Jan'1-2015. So, if I apply for immigration under FSW class, and my application goes in before reaching the cap, will my case still be processed under current system. Or is there a chance (due to backlog or something else), that they will push my case to the express entry system.
I am assuming that before the cap is reached for this year, I can still apply under the current system.

Also, is there a way where we can check the current number of applications that have been filed. I was looking at their website, but the status seems to be updated on May 4, 2013 rather than this year.

Hello, I received BC PNP and then received ITA last week. However, I realize that I answered some questions wrong in my express entry profile. question and answers are as follows

Q 1. Do you have a job offer in Canada? Ans: Yes
Q 2. Was a positive LMIA issued for the job offer in Canada? Ans: NO
Q 3. Have you been working full time for the current employer on their work permit for at least one year? Ans: YES
Q 4. Was a positive LMIA required for this job? Ans: NO
Q. 5 Four digit NOC code of current work permit? Ans: NOC 0012

please note that Q. 3 & Q. 4 I should not have answered YES because I have an post graduate open work permit and there is no employer name and NOC code on my work permit. However, these answers did not have any impact on my score/ did not award any extra points.

Because of these question in my PR application documents uploads section system is asking to upload 1. Offer of Employment which I have from my current employer 2. Letter of Employment which I could get from my current employer

I am really worried because of these mistakes though I did not receive any extra points. I would like to receive your advise regarding this matter.

Do you think that if I upload the job offer letter from my current employer with a letter of explanation would be enough or my application could get rejected because of these mistakes though I did not try to receive or did not even receive extra points.

Do you suggest to decline the ITA and amend my express entry profile information. If I do so will my 600 points from PNP be gone from my express entry profile and I have to contact BC PNP to reevaluate my PNP application and award PNP 600 points again which may take 2/3 months.

Please not that my work permit will expire on Feb 6, 2017
