Hi All,

Today is Tuesday. Did anyone recieve PPR today ?

I am eagrly waiting for PPR request.

Here are my timelines.

Profile Created - Jan 31st
Invitation Recieved - Feb 07
Application sumbitted - Feb 14.

Review of eligibility :Review in Progress
Review of medical results assed ( March 1st week)
Review of submitted documents rovided (Singapore PCC requested on March 20 and sumbitted on APril 14)
Scheduling an interview :Not needed at this time
A background check is needed:In Progress (March 1st week)
A final decision has been reached :Not Started

ECAS status
Permanent Residence Application Status : In process ( Changed from application recieved) on April 27th

1.We received your application for permanent residence on January 31, 2015.

2.We started processing your application on February 14, 2015.

3.Medical results have been received.

Anyone under same timelines waiting for PPR request ?

Being a Feb applicant, and with your current MyCIC statuses, all indicate that yours is one of the most eligible candidates out there to receive PPR anytime now... All the best!

I recieve email update from cic, twice, last thursday, and yesterday but I log in, in my mycic account and ecas, still the same nothing change, except it change from in process to application recieve., I'm now worried my application, can anyone has the same situation to me, please share your experience. thank you!

ITA: March 20th (FSW - no LMIA, we were eligible for both CEC and FSW)
Application submitted: April 11th
AOR: April 13th
Document (CELPIP) request: April 14th --- Submitted April 14th
Medical Passed: April 24th
Background Check: Not started

ECAS (Application Received)
1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 12, 2015.
2. Medical results have been received.

So, my ECAS, when I logged in for the first time, did show a second line 'We started processing your application on March XX, 2015'.. but that seems to have vanished after Medical requests were received. Does anyone else have a similar trend on ECAS with just the two lines as above? My medicals are 'passed', but unlike other members with similar timelines, my Background check is not started.. we've had an application returned before and am nervous for this round!

Your file is moving very fast

There is no any specific ECAS pattern. I know January applicant still waiting for Medicals to be passed and with two lines which you used to have it..

be positive let's see ...

coming to me I'm October 23rd CEC applicant my application was returned due to cap reached..

Lucky I got ITA on Feb 7th and I applied my application on March 7th ..

Still waiting for response.


ECAS shows 3 lines with Medicals passed in MYCIC account..

over all ECAS status is Application received from last april 15th .. no one knows whats happening and whats going to happen..

lets wait for tomorrow hope we hear something from CIC

for 1 of my work experience as self employed i have really nothing to upload and its not even related with noc i am applying for, so i did mentioned that in personal history as self employed casual job, but did not wrote that in work history, otherwise system is asking me a bunch of docs. pls advise

I received email from CIC that BOWP is approved regarding EE today. I applied this on 3rd of March. The work permit is the one for one year long. But I am still worry about my PR application. Don't cancel mine...

When they open your bowp application they will access the GCMS notes using UCI so if there were any flags they might have rejected your Bowp. So be optimistic and you will hear the good news soon.

i call cic this morning and the agent told me my file is in process and it is in ottawa

Comments or notes made by VO, when they were reviewing the file. It happens to most of the cases and they will wait for clarifications like the RCMP, Other suporting documents like new requesting payslips, company profile information, Call employer, needs some kind of verification of the authenticity of submitted documents etc.

All the best for the people who received AOR.,

Actually i am looking for some tips about creating the EE profile regards in my work history. I worked in Iran offshore with rotational basis like one month ON and one month OFF like that for around 2 years and during OFF period everyone was traveled back to their home country for rest.

In this situation how do i disclose my work history? Either by continuous 2 year like 2009 to 2011 or Monthly-wise? If i show continuous then probably i need to get PCC for that country because it will show up 2 years. How the PCC requirement is identified either by work history or travel history?

So please advise for this query...Thank you in advance.
