I feel as it I was in a Ferrari and now I'm in a 1960 VW. My ECAS changed to Decision made last night September 1, and I'm not assured I'll be getting PPR soon nothing has changed with MYCIC. However, I'll remain optimistic.

My take is that if they ask you to pay the landing fees then more than likely you have been approved. It would be very odd of them to ask someone to pay that fee then reject the application and refund the fee. I am saying this because your timeline indicates that you paid that fee sometime ago. Take it as a good indicator that you have been approved.

However, I understand how you feel because you can never be certain until you get that visa in your passport. Just gwan hold the faith same way.

In Process: August 6th

Since in process they have requested Schedule A for me and IMM5604 and custody documents for my daughter.

This whole immigration process has taught me a whole heap a patience, according to Shabba a "Trailer load of it", lol

Candy85, before you know it you get PPR. I'm expecting it in a few days and have to tell myself to calm down everytime I check my email. Just don't bawl out too much when that moment comes ;D

Got an email that profile is updated but no visible changes.... I got request for schedule A on Tuesday and submitted same day.

First let me say I am not Jamaican ( so forgive me in advance ) . I am however Bajan.

I love to read this tread on occasion when taking a break from work etc.

I am FSW outlander , noc 0122


Here is my timeline

ITA - July 10th
Medicals completed - July 17th
App submitted/AOR- August 3rd
Medicals passed - August 4th
ECA access - not sure what date
BG, Review of Eligibility : In Progress - August 4th (same day as medicals passed)
Second AOR - August 19th
Request Letter (PPR) - Sept 7th.

ECA and mycic doesn't show decision made (nothing has changed ), but I emailed the Local VO to clarify if I needed to send a pre-paid courier envelope given that I don't require to submit passport (this was an instruction in the Request letter ). They responded today " Yes. We still need to forward your original Confirmation of Permanent Resident document (visa)."

I am still amazed at the speed of everything ... I guess this means i got PR ( I hope) ....still dazed ( 5 weeks processing !?) , nevertheless Praise Jesus !

My application was not perfect , but I am hoping that this is way forward for outlanders as it is may be more efficient to process PR app at local VO
