Express entry and bc pnp

Hi, i am international student in canada i have done 2 programs in supply chain and international business, back home i did study in mechanical engineering. Now i am working as line cook noc 6322 that is unber b category. My ielts score is 7.5. I want to know can i apply under bc pnp or express entry for permanent residency because my study is totally different than my study
