Currently I am in Canada and working under work permit. I do have 5 months offer letter, can I get extra 50 points? Please suggest me.

WP Intra company transfer - LIMA Exempt. I am working with the same employer last 4 years 5 months.

I have a similar problem, Currently I'm holding a WP ICT - LIMA Exempt. I have been working in Canada from last 4 years.
And I do have employee offer letter which is valid for till next 7 months. Can I use this offer letter to get extra 50 points?

Please suggest.

The requirement is having an offer for "a year after receiving PR" - some applicants have managed to claim those points without such offer while others have been rejected.

NEED HELP Till last week the status was showing "you have no pending steps"- Document by Document (Initial Application)" Initial Application order has been canceled. they already accepted my all documents
8 working days are already over. Not sure why WES taking much time
