Interesting to note the following facts
CIC website statistics as of January 2016 those applicants in the pool between 450- 1000 and greater points were 2510.
There has been 9 draws which has issued ITAs for 1000-1500 applicants which means ~8000 ITAs issued already and all were above 450 points.

Imagine the number of people hitting the pool between each draws/

Fact 2- out of 31000 ITA's issued last year 60% are applicants above 600 points which makes to roughly 18600 ITA.

Someone can put some other variables they think which may put my assumption wrong= 455-465 may be./

This statistics is puzzling me- How can 3357 ITAs issued when 236 candidates in pool? Can someone explain the below numbers

May is the first month after February when there is no draw in the first week of a new month.

Right when I find some constant in these draws, IRCC does something unpredictable...

IRCC is facing some criticism due to Auditor General's report released this week. Also, Canada (AB) is facing an emergency of wildfire in Fort McMurray today . I don't know how much these factors impact draws.

Current CRS is 452. Also, have applied for OI PNP in Dec 2015. No updates on that front as well.
