Export/Import Car from USA - Bill of Sale?

I have the title of my car but not a bill of sale. I bought it out of a lease so bill of sale will take forever to procure now from the leasing company. Is the title of the car enough (or) do I ABSOLUTELY need the bill of sale. I tried to look for guidance on CIC website but it does not mention bill of sale.

The title should be enough as long as there are no liens on the car.
