Do I need to provide a LOE to explain that I am eligible to work full time legally as soon as applying for work permit?
Does anyone have any sample explanation letter for that?

Hello, thank you for your reply. I mean LOE for IRCC as I heard from somebody that we should explain the start working date if we work after submitting work permit and before receiveing the confirmation. I dont know if it is necessary
