Hi everyone,
Can I travel out of Canada for 1-2 weeks and come back if my Work Permit expires this November? I’m planing to go back my country from 1st Oct to 10th Oct
It’s less than 6 months and I’m worried if I can enter Canada

Do we have to have a work permit valid for more than 6 months to travel? I thought that applies to passport only.

I have PGWP, expires this November
I will apply new OW soon, before leaving Canada
By the time coming back Canada, my current PGWP still valid but only few weeks and the decision on new OW still pending definitely

You need to have a valid TRV to be able to return to Canada.

The PGWP or OWP doesn't help you.

If you have an eTA, then you are good. You need either a valid eTA or TRV.
