02- THE PERSON HAS A ON GOING EXPRESS ENTRY FILE WI\HICH IS IN SECURITY CHECK STAGE NOW
03- CAN THE PERSON APPLY FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT (INLAND) AND WAIT IN CANDA UNTIL THE PERMENAT RESIDENT VISA BEING ISSUED?
04- CAN THE PERSON RE APPLY FOR A NEW WORK PERMIT AND ASK FOR RECONSIDERATION?

You'll need to apply for restoration and also apply to change your status to visitor (TRV).

You can only restore your status back to a work permit if you have a job offer and approved LMIA.
