Hi! my work permit is expired and I cannot apply for restoration coz no positive lmo yet but only a file number my employer can give coz lmo is still on process....my first attempt applying for restoration was refused coz i dont have an lmo and i didnt submited a file number at that time ...and so i was ask to provide lmo and job offer letter otherwise after my last 3months of grace period after that ,my stay in canada is no longer legal.....
my question is, can i submit the file # together with my job offer letter from my employer in order for me to be given a restoration ?
