this question is for a friend .. she is currently expired WP.. worked already here in canada as a (skilled) front counter supervisor..
she applied for spousal visa - husband is here now working -unfortunately she got pregnant but with the other guy,.. got maternity leave but she did not process anything.. she came back to work and she cant file in EE coz IELTS exam is failed ... she has a schedule again but this time her Work permit expired already and she filed her TRV with cover letter that she took a maternity leave for 1 year.. but she submit it through mail 1 day after her work permit expire.
can she still apply for EE if she passed the IELTS
can she still apply though she already stayed here for 4 years?
