Expired work permit but still working.

I know some people who are still working with expired work permits but they have file numbers from AINP. Their company is big and reputable. I'm just wondering if this is ok?

Hi,

if they have not applied for extension before their work permit expired,they MUST stop immediately because they are working illegaly and breaching conditions of their work permits.
AINP file number does not give them right to work and if they did not stop work right away they will be removed from canada.
