Now I want to go back for a month or two (vacations) since I got a good job in my country, would you think there would be a problem if I ask for a visitors visa? or Am I just being paranoid?

Thanks a lot!

Maria!.

Extra info: When coming back to my country, I didn´t get any stamp on my passport at the entrancy (re-entry).

Hello I am Maria Rosas from Mexico and I need some advice:
I went to Canada in 2008 as a visitor and I stayed longer than 6 months since I was having so much fun.
When leaving the country (visitors visa already expired) at the airport I had no problem at all, no one from immigration checked on me or stuff or got any stamp on my passport, nothing at all.

Now I want to go back for a month or two (vacations) since I got a good job in my country, would you think there would be a problem if I ask for a visitors visa? or Am I just being paranoid?

Thanks a lot!

Well they will look at your passport and see from the entry stamp to Canada and the re-entry to Mexico and see that you overstayed.

Hello, Thanks for your answer. There is no stamp when entering back to Mexico, they didn't stamp I don't know why. So what do you think?. Thanks.

The stamp doent say where you came from, its an entry stamp to home country, if passport is empty then maybe they can guess the time frame but no way to confirm that return was from canada
