Expired Visa with Valid Work Permit

Hi All,

I'm a foreign worker on a expired TRV and a valid Work permit. My visa expired couple of months before, now I want to go for a vacation out of canada (not to US or Europe) can I apply for a TRV now . I mean will there be any issue?

Please advice...

You can apply for a TRV any time with the supporting documents (Your new work permit...).
