I am holding USA drivers license from 31 Aug 2016 to 31 Aug 2021.I am planning to study in Vancouver on January 2022.Its only 4 months after the expiry of US license .Do they issue full license .What documents I need to carry for exchange .? Can I simply download driving extract online ?/
