Hi all,
I'm under a valid Post Grad Work Permit but I need to renew my TRV to be able to visit family abroad. I'm in the process of filling the IMM5257E forms and I'm stumped for one part (Details of visit to Canada). Since I am working here in Canada as a self employed person, do I need to list my clients' information in there for the details of person(s) I will visit? or is it a space to put the information of family contacts I have here in the country?
And also, I know this may sound stupid but, in form IMM5645E, titled "Family Information", under "Type of application, should I check Visitor or Worker? I would assume Worker but I'm just making sure. For the full names, do I put the surnames first or it does not matter?
As proof of employment, my main client has typed up a letter mentioning my rates and the starting and ending dates of my contract, duties and title. Do you think I should also send a copy of my contract? Do I also have to type up a letter saying that I am a self employed person, working x hours a week, etc?
Thanks for your time!
