Expired Travel Visa & what need to do?

When did she enter Canada? How long ago did she come into the country and has she applied to extend her status in Canada?
She had granted a 10 years tourist visa, her first time to enter Canada was on May 10, 2023. And she needed to leave Canada on November 10, 2023.
Her kid is a current visa student, his study will allow until the end of this September 2024. He still need to pay his tuition fee to remain studying in Canada.
What can she does to gain back her tourist visa? Please advise, thank you Scylla.
There is nothing she can do.
She is out of status in Canada and has been out of status for too long to fix her status from within Canada.
Her only option is to leave Canada.

Also, for now can she looks for her kid guardian to help care for her son who is still studying in Canada?
Having a child on a study permit does not allow parents to remain with their child. Does the child currently have a study permit and how old/what grade are they in? When does their study permit end? You only mentioned learning English. You aunt has already overstayed their stay as a visitor which will likely make visiting Canada and other counties more difficult. When she leaves Canada and reestablishes her life in her home country she can attempt to visit again but she may be refused entry or given a limited stay. A 10 year TRV doesn’t guarantee entry into Canada or the ability to visit for a long period of time. As a visitor you aren’t able to move to Canada. If her son can’t live without his mother then he should consider returning home.
