My husband's application is complete and he landed in Canada on March 13th and received his PR papers. He was told he would receive a card in the mail within 3 months. That time has passed and so has the expiry date on his papers. I am assuming, due to COVID that the expiry date is not a concern however, I would like to know how long it is taking for the cards to arrive or is everything still on hold right now?
