Expired study permit status, classes begins on Monday

Hello guys,
I'm Ashish and I am studying Police Foundations from Seneca ik I need to be resident for policing but it is not my current concern.
My study permit expired on 30th April this year and my result for the last sem was declared on 28th and I failed in one course. My advisor suggested me to do the one course and I'll still be eligible for PGWP and full time study permit still as I can have part time studies in my last term. But little did I know, that I cannot study if I apply for extension after my permit was expired until their decision comes in. Now, I got my enrollment letter on 5th this week and I'm wondering if I should apply for extension right now before my student advisor's response or wait until Monday or Tuesday for her response, or I should mention in the extension application about all the situation?
What is my best bet right now? My course begins on coming Tuesday.

So your study permit expired on April 30 and you didn’t extend it before the deadline? You must apply to extend the permit but you cannot study until approved. You must apply for extension anyways because right now you are in Canada without status. If you are working, stop working too.

Don’t know since you have no status. Have you applied for an extension? If not, do ASAP as you have no status in Canada. You cannot work until extension is approved.
