Hello,
I sponsored my first wife who is American as a permanent resident back in 2007. If I'm reading the paperwork right, the undertaking would have expired in 2010. We got divorced in 2012 and I remarried in 2014 to another American and I am planning on sponsoring her as a PR. Do I need to indicate anywhere in the paperwork about my first undertaking that is expired? It doesn't fit into the current or "not yet current" categories asked in IMM5481 Sponsorship Evaluation.

Thanks

Hi

It does not fit into a current undertaking, you're right.

However it does ask somewhere in the forms if you have sponsored someone before, that is where you would mention it.
