Have you met the residency requirement? Have you lived in Canada for 730 days out of the last five years? If not, why did you fail to meet the residency obligation? What was your reason for remaining outside of Canada for so long?

I see from your past posts that you remained outside of Canada because your children were attending school. This is not accepted as a valid reason for failing to meet the residency requirement.

You really only have one option. You will need to obtain a US visitor visa and re-enter Canada by land using your COPR. If you are reported at the border for failing to meet the residency requirement, then you will have to appear at a hearing to argue why you should be allowed to keep your status. You should expect to lose this hearing and have your PR status revoked - and be asked to leave Canada. If you are not reported at the border for failing to meet the residency requirement, then you will need to remain in Canada and live here without leaving until you do meet the residency requirement. They you will be able to renew your PR cards.

That's really your only option.
