Spouses rewrites Ielts- October (and gets same score.





NB*- I am the primary applicant, without his score, we won’t qualify for that point





Can we still apply for PR?

Would consult a lawyer but personally think it is risky. You shouldn’t have received the ITA. IRCC is aware that many are falsifying the date of their IELTS to qualify for a draw and then doing the test afterwards. IRCC is denying people for any issues with their PR application these days so you may get refused while also missing out on other draws while you wait.
