If your Letter of acceptance expires, you will have to provide new Letter of acceptance. Mostly applicants are asked by CHC for it.

Thanks a lot for your reply sir it means a Lot to me

This may look silly but Im seriously stressed out about this sir,

My classes in NYIT starts at 04th sep 2012 and its written as follows

Length of the program
start date : 2012/09/04 Completion date :2014/08/31

Expiry date For this acceptance letter
2012/08/30

thank you in advance sir ,

Dont worry if you have applied before the expiry date then there wont be any problem

The classes start at 4th september sir there are precisely 19 days for it nd working days are less dan 15 im worried about it will visa officers consider Expiry date of Letter of acceptance or the starting date of classes

thank you,

Have you filed your case on 16th August? The deadline for CHC-Delhi for September intake is 1st August.

last date is 15th august!!

As per CHC India's website and checklists, the deadline is 1st August. I don't know why VFS's website shows 15th August.

Quote: "IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING APPLICATION DEADLINES:
We strongly recommend that you submit your application at least three months ahead of your proposed date of travel. Applications that are received after 01 April for May entry, after 01 August for September entry and after 01 December for January entry will not normally be processed in time for the start of classes and will likely be refused."
