I am a lecturer in mechanical engineering in a reputed university of Punjab for the past 3 years. I have done Masters in Engineering. I perform about 90% of the duties mentioned in NOC 4121. Does this job falls in the preferred list of jobs for Quebec CSQ. My french level is beginner at this time. Please comment should I apply for Quebec CSQ??
